How to use
○ We suggest taking your spray every morning and when starting out 5 minutes before each sunbed.
○ We recommend a total of 4 sprays total each day (2 in each nostril)
○ Use with tanning bed 2 - 4 times per week.
○ Reduce usage of tanning beds when desired colour is reached.
